Order Return

6.1. In accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, the Buyer has the right to refuse the ordered Product at any time before execution of the Order.

6.2. In the case of receiving products of improper quality, the Buyer shall provide the Product to the Seller's office as soon as possible to check the quality of the Product. Terms 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods.

6.3. The amount paid by the Buyer for the Products of improper quality is subject to return to the Buyer within ten (14) calendar days upon the date of corresponding claim submission. Refunds are made in cash at the Seller's office. If the Product was paid for through the electronic payment system, the refund is made to the Buyer's electronic account within five (5) business days.

6.4. Exchange and return of goods apply only to a new product that has not been used, in its original packaging, with original tags from the manufacturer.
