By submitting the Personal Data, the User agrees to processing thereof (until the User withdraws his/her consent for personal data processing) by SIA " Bianco&Nero” registered in the Republic of Latvia, registration number 40203255664, registered office: Augusta Deglava iela 90, LV-1035, Riga, Latvia (the Company) , so that the Company and/or its partners could fulfil their obligations to the User by transferring the rights to use the ESM application Registration providing reference information, as well as being able to advertise the Services. The User agrees to receive advertising and informational messages if this is specified in the Registration Service and the Service Notice. When processing the User's personal data, the Company takes into account the applicable regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
1.3. If the User wishes to clarify his/her personal data in the event of changes, as well as make changes to the registered personal data, including deleting or blocking thereof, or if the User wishes to withdraw his/her consent to personal data processing, the User shall notify in the user account or send an official request to the Company.
1.4. If the User wishes to delete his/her account on the Web-Site, the User shall write a message to the Company at the following E-mail address: bianeri@bianeri.com with the corresponding request.
2. Use of information provided by the User in the Company
2.1. The Company processes and uses the personal data provided by the User as long as the User is registered on the Web-Site and has the account created for:
2.1.1. registration/authorization of the User when applying the Registration Service;
2.1.2. processing the User's request and fulfilling obligations to the User;
2.1.3. promotion of the ESM program and services;
2.1.4. evaluation and analysis of the Service operation;
2.1.5. informing the User about promotions, discounts and special offers by E-mail;
2.2. The Company has the right to send advertising and informational messages to the User if the User has given the consent. If the User does not want to receive advertising and informational messages from the Company, he/she shall open the special link at the end of each message sent by the Company.
3. Provision and transmission of information received by the Company
3.1. The Company shall not transfer information received from the User, including personal data, to the third parties. A violation of this condition is not considered a case when the Company provides information to agents and the third parties acting on the basis of an agreement concluded with the Company to fulfil their obligations to the User and only within the framework of this agreement.
